How does working-life coaching work?
I help you look at your working-life from all angles. Our work together will have different forms, lengths and starting places -wanting to re-motivate yourself, an opportunity to reflect and review, an organisational assessment, a change of role, budget cuts, promotion, threat of redundancy, pressure to deliver more with less, a difficult team or boss or just feeling that ‘work is getting on top on you.’
