Nutritional Therapy
Nutritional Therapy is based on the simple belief that if you give yourself the best possible intake of nutrients, you can allow your body to be as healthy as possible.
The quality of our food has deteriorated in nutrient value, whilst increasing in sugar, salt, fat and artificial chemicals. This, along with digestive and immune disorders, stress and pollution, gives us less of a chance to fulfill our true potential. Nutrition in the 21st century works on a cellular level. It provides the nutrients and digestive support needed to build a stronger, more efficient and resilient body. It allows us to face the future with renewed energy, optimism and confidence.
Each client receives a comprehensive individual health and diet profile with practical recommendations following the first visit. Functional laboratory testing can be arranged on request (food intolerance tests, adrenal stress, hormone profiles, insulin resistance, hair, saliva, stools and urine analysis). Free weekly phone-ins are encouraged so continuous support can be provided.
